Work in the browser

Create tickets in your chat, follow and accept them on the web. Nothing to install.

You need: a bakers.build account. A workspace Admin invites you.

Two windows

WindowWhat you do there
Your chat: claude.ai, Claude Desktop or Cowork with the bakers.build connectorDescribe what you need. Claude writes the ticket, checks for duplicates, qualifies it and takes it to plan.
bakers.build on the web: your team's bakers.build address, for example https://app.bakers.buildSee every ticket and its progress, read summaries, freeze or cancel, record your verdict, record time.

The building happens elsewhere: your team's agents pick the ticket up and leave a summary after every step. You read, decide and continue.

Your first ticket

  1. Connect your chat: five minutes, once.
  2. In your Project, write: Create a bakers.build ticket for <what you need and why>. Confirm when Claude asks.
  3. Open the ticket on the web. Watch its state and read each summary.
  4. When the work is ready, accept it with Accept or Reject on the ticket.

Done when: your ticket is in plan and you can open it on the web.

Finding your way around

The left rail lists your workspace's projects, teams and time. The workspace switcher at the top changes the workspace; the account avatar opens your own pages: time, schedule, API keys, and Back to workspace. Workspaces you are not a member of do not appear anywhere.

Good to know

When an agent needs a decision during a step, it asks on the machine that runs the ticket. Your teammate there answers or passes the question to you; a comment you write on the ticket reaches the next step. Follow a ticket explains it.
