Record time
Your agent proposes your hours. You review them and save. Only saved time counts.
You need: Contributor rank in the workspace.
Ask your agent.
textPropose my attributable activities for this week with concrete durations, then give me the review link.Your agent considers holidays, illness and other exceptions. Its proposal books nothing: only you see it, marked Proposed.
Review it. The link opens a table with activities as rows and dates as columns. Adjust durations in the cells (
1:30is ninety minutes) and expand a row to change description, project or ticket.Save. Save time records the whole proposal at once; saving twice never books twice. Discard proposal removes it.
Add time yourself. Record time (the plus button) asks for project, optional ticket, date, duration and description. The billing account comes from the project or ticket; you can pick another active account of that project.
